I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2011, and haven't lost any of my passion for helping people. Working with around 1,000 people in person, online, as well as in my signature challenge groups, I've gained more knowledge (including Nutrition certifications), experience, and have been heavily rewarded by being able to play such a crucial role in changing so many lives.
I believe that fitness is not just about physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. I take a flexible approach to fitness, focusing on nutrition, stress management, and am a big believer in "if it fits YOUR lifestyle".
To present the many ways that we can live a healthy lifestyle, and educate the masses that diet and exercise doesn't have to suck... and they damn sure don't have to fail.
